EVENT TIME:  4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

 

# Volunteers Needed:  Team of 10 ushers

                                                 Team of 8 attendants

Details: Volunteers who will work as Lobby Ushers will be responsible for door attendance, guarding award display, directing patrons to seating areas & restrooms. Parking Attendants will assist in directing traffic to parking areas and escorting patrons to the Theatre via Golf Carts. Valet Parking may also be provided, unfortunately regulations do not permit acceptance of tips for events not sponsored by the University.

 

Note: Formal Military Uniform and white gloves are required for Ushers and Attendants.
